After interviewing 31 respondents, Teamlex discovered that developers and companies didn’t understand how facial recognition could benefit their business. The technology was perceived as too expensive and complex. This insight guided our approach: we revamped Enface’s website with illustrative use cases and demonstrated how the software could be applied across various industries.
